low season 11.01 - 30.06 and 16.09 - 19.12

Extra charge of 8,00 € per day for every further person in the apartment.
Reduction for children, under 3-year-olds are free. Cleaning at the end of your stay:
We charge 20,00 € for end cleaning and for the big apartment 30,00 €.
We rent during the whole year, but you would have to stay at least for 5 days.
In case of delayed arrival or early departure the full price of the booked holiday has to be paid.
Central heating, electricity, parking, satellite TV, towels, crockery-cloths and linen are inclusive.
